By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Appointments & Cancellations

All appointments must be booked in advance.

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the treatment cost.
2. Late Arrivals

If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your treatment may be shortened or rescheduled.

The full cost of the original treatment will still apply.
3. Payments

All payments must be made in GBP (£).Accepted payment methods: cash, card, and online transfer.

No deposits are required to secure bookings.

We are not VAT registered, and all prices shown are final.
4. Refunds & Complaints

If you are unhappy with your treatment, please notify us within 24 hours so we can address your concerns.

We do not offer refunds for missed appointments or for results impacted by failure to follow pre- or post-care instructions.
5. Health & Safety

Please inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, or recent procedures before your appointment.

We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe it may compromise your health or safety.
6. Children & Pets

For safety and comfort, please do not bring children or pets to your appointment unless they are receiving a treatment.

7. Client Conduct

Any aggressive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who breaches our policies.
